In a world filled with expensive supplements and quick-fix detox drinks, sometimes the most powerful remedy lies in our own kitchen  — methi, or fenugreek.
For me, this tiny golden seed became more than just a spice. When I began drinking soaked methi water every morning, it transformed my energy, eased my PCOD symptoms, and balanced my blood sugar levels. It’s truly one of nature’s underrated superfoods.


What Makes Methi a Superfood

Methi seeds are rich in soluble fiber, plant protein, iron, magnesium, and antioxidants — a perfect combination for regulating hormones and improving metabolism.
Here’s why it stands out:
